Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective compliance and quality strategies to ensure the practice meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that support compliance and quality.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and quality issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
- Minimum 2 years experience working at management level in a healthcare or related industry.
- Knowledge and experience of employment law, health & safety legislation, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to be methodical and diligent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions with little information available.
- Previous experience in an analytical role, with the ability to analyze and interpret information quickly and produce reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating autonomy and initiative as required.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels, both verbal and written, navigating varying perspectives with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong evidence of organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple complex tasks in an efficient manner and in tight time scales.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to dissolve any issues easily.
- Ability to relate to the practice team, demonstrates the Practice values and contribute positively to the Practice culture.
- IT literate, including experience in using Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at intermediate level.
- Experience in primary care/NHS/caring profession.
- In-depth understanding of Primary Care standards and the associated regulations, CQC, GDPR, NHSE.
- Formal qualification in Project Management.
- Evidence of recent self-directed learning or development.
