Food & Beverage Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Food & Beverage Team Leader to support the front of house team in our busy restaurant and bar at Lodge at Solent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving food and drink, taking room reservations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Leading shifts, maintaining high standards of service, and driving team motivation
  • Supporting and guiding the team to meet payroll budgets and business objectives
  • Collaborating with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy food-led operation, with exposure to supervisory or management duties
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support the team
