We are seeking a skilled Claims Analyst to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a robust TPA oversight and optimising team efficiency by providing data, MI, and insights on TPA and Claims Department performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manipulate third-party data to highlight trends, performance issues, leakage, costs, litigation, and fraud.
- Assist in building a performance framework to drive business growth.
- Enhance the company's claims analytical offering by gathering and generating KPIs and MI reports.
- Improve data quality received from third parties and handle loss fund management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve claims processes.
- Design claims bordereaux templates and write specifications.
- Support the Head of Claims in relation to claims initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with Underwriters to gain and retain profitable business.
- Previous experience in a claims data analytics role.
- Knowledge of London Market DA Claims operations and procedures, or Claims TPA knowledge.
- ACII (or equivalent) qualified, or progressing towards qualification.
- Advanced literacy and numerical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
