Claims and Underwriting Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Claims and Underwriting Data Analyst to join our team at Taylor James Resourcing. As a key member of our Management Underwriting department, you will be responsible for analyzing claims performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance the claims area of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand catastrophe reporting and data needs.
  • Assess and provide input on improvements to data standards.
  • Collaborate with the IT development department and other units on data and analytics projects.
  • Analyze claims performance, including review and assessment of KPIs and current/historic claims trends.
  • Liaise with clients to enhance the performance of their contracts.
  • Design and develop new claims reports using the company's data warehouse and reporting services software.
