Job Summary

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors, handling general inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless communication between patients, clinicians, and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring the efficient operation of the practice.
  • Ensure the front desk area is well-organized, clean, and safe, reflecting positively on the practice's image.
  • Perform start and end of day procedures, adhering to practice policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • GCSE level education, including English Grade C or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or reception environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to use email and internet.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to a strict code of confidentiality.
