Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Performance Modelling Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing functional and timing simulators, conducting performance analysis for architectural exploration, and identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

About the Role

As a Principal Performance Modelling Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing high-performance computing systems and architectures
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of workload characteristics and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance optimization opportunities
  • Developing and implementing performance modeling tools and methodologies
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong C/C++ development skills and experience with performance modeling concepts
  • Excellent understanding of GPU/CPU architecture and microarchitecture
  • Knowledge of SIMT processing, cache, and memory hierarchies
  • Understanding of benchmarks and workloads in the machine learning space
