Chief Technology Innovation Officer

Directorbank is currently retained on an exciting search for a Chief Technology Officer to lead a high growth, North-West based cyber security business backed by private equity.

The company protects some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including global retailers, global Telco's, US fashion brands, and global streaming businesses. Their vision is to lead the market in their security category, keeping their clients and customers safe from web threats across every mode of attack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the technical direction of the company
  • Work with the ELT to grow the company through the use of its technological resources
  • Develop and implement technology strategies, ensuring that the technological resources align with the company's business needs
  • Drive innovation and project management
  • Lead product management, application development, testing, and QA
  • Build high-performing teams and inspire innovation
  • Collaborate with the SLT and investors to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CTO of a cyber security business
  • Significant experience in technology roles with progressive leadership responsibilities
  • Experience of devising and executing the technology strategy/roadmap
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
