Frankly Recruitment is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience for all inbound Trade sales enquiries. You will maintain existing customer relationships, research and identify potential new clients, and contact potential new clients via phone, email, and/or LinkedIn to gauge interest. You will also prepare client pricing presentations and supply sample materials when needed. You will qualify Trade pricing applications and approve discount levels, driving sales through B2B customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and approachable, with excellent communication and presentation skills. They will be comfortable presenting to a group of people, honest, and able to talk directly to anyone. They will be someone who enjoys doing things properly, conscientious, and precise with IT. They will have worked hard for qualifications and be able to build good relationships and trust in the people around them.
