Securitized Products Sales Director

The Securitized Products Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share in the European market. As a key member of this team, you will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets, build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, and work closely with product development, trading, and other affiliated groups to align with the firm's overall business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients
- Work closely with product development, trading, and other affiliated groups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for market share expansion
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
- Bachelor's degree (master's degree a plus but not necessary)
- Good experience with CLO structuring/sales/syndication
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- Proven track record of success in securitized product sales in the European markets
