About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at tPS Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist with reviews and customer requests, acting as a point of contact for our clients to deal with day-to-day queries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them where appropriate, prepare client review packs, process new business, illustration requests, and back-office support.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain client records on our company software and ensure the client and firm's files are well-presented, accurate, and compliant.
  • Professional Development: Keep up-to-date with financial products and legislation, and comply with all company and industry guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a financial advice firm is advantageous.
  • Reliability and Organization: The role requires a reliable individual who has the ability to manage and prioritize workloads.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills at all levels, with the ability to produce business correspondence, proof-read for grammar, spelling, and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Experience of working as part of a team and able to work remotely with colleagues often in virtual environments such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, with flexibility and adaptability to cope with change.
  • IT Skills: Confident with IT and office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
