We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Administrator to provide administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers within a senior Partner Practice office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with day-to-day queries and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Operations Manager
- Manage diaries and schedule client meetings
- Prepare for client meetings and document post-meeting actions
- Process letters of authority, fund switches, and withdrawals
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets
- Prepare trust forms, Deed of Assignment, and stock transfer forms
- Manage office purchases and supplies
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator in an office support role
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
