Our unique approach combines live performances featuring actors, elaborate sets, and special effects with the latest digital innovations, including virtual reality, projection mapping, and holography, alongside sensory experiences that engage sight, sound, smell, touch, and movement.


Role Responsibilities

As a Technical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our immersive experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the BOH team to manage daily operations.
  • Completing show reports and maintaining technical equipment including lighting, sound, video projection, and automation systems.
  • Operating the master show control system during live performances.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of technical disciplines such as Audio, Video, and Lighting.
  • Experience with timecode, Dante, and QLab operation.
  • A background in technical theatre is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A commitment to health and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Conversational proficiency in English.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £12-£14 per hour, based on experience
