About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled OL/PL lawyer to join a top-ranked personal injury law firm in the North West. The firm is recognized for its expertise in handling complex and high-value cases, and is seeking a talented individual to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a caseload of pre- and post-litigated fast-track OL/PL cases from inception to completion
  • Gain experience of multi-track cases over time
  • Manage a team of lawyers and support staff to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor/CILEx with 1+ years PQE
  • Non-qualified applicants with significant experience may also be considered
  • Previous experience managing a litigated caseload of fast-track OL/PL cases from inception to completion is essential
  • Proven billing record handling a litigated caseload and a tenacious attitude towards the work
  • Knowledge of 'Proclaim' case management system is beneficial
