We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team at Flannery Plant Hire. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team in managing customer relationships and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales quotations and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and market trends to support the sales team's efforts in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and customer reports.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration and/or sales within the plant hire and/or construction industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in using a CRM system.
  • Full UK driving license.
