Overview of the Role

As a Junior Market Research Analyst at Ipsos, you will have the chance to infuse new ideas and insights into our analytical processes. Key Responsibilities

The Creative Excellence division is seeking talented individuals eager to join a vibrant and motivated team. Our Junior Market Research Analysts play a crucial role in driving the success of both our organization and our clients.

You will collaborate with clients throughout various phases of the creative development cycle, including:

  • Enhancing creative concepts and ideas
  • Evaluating preliminary or final versions of advertisements to optimize effectiveness prior to launch
  • Suggesting modifications to improve the impact of client advertisements
  • Analyzing ad performance post-launch to ensure alignment with client objectives

Your primary duties will involve supporting quantitative research initiatives from inception to completion, which includes:

  • Crafting questionnaires and ensuring accurate scripting
  • Overseeing fieldwork and maintaining data quality control
  • Reviewing data tables and overall data integrity
  • Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, focusing on developing insightful narratives from our data and delivering conclusions in an engaging manner
  • Serving as a key liaison with suppliers and internal teams, such as Data Processing, Finance, and fieldwork coordinators

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in quantitative market research and a passion for media, advertising, and brand strategy
  • An innate curiosity about societal dynamics and human behavior
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precise outputs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects under pressure
  • Strong communication abilities, adaptable to various audiences
  • Proficient project management skills
  • High numerical aptitude, understanding the significance of data in diverse contexts
  • Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-driven and confident, with the ability to work independently when necessary
