We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of Early Years Childcare Supervisor at a well-regarded nursery. This position is ideal for those with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Key Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Childcare or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in managing safeguarding protocols and health & safety regulations
- Demonstrated involvement in Ofsted inspections
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable)

Responsibilities:
As the Early Years Childcare Supervisor, your duties will include:
1. Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the nursery staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
2. Assisting in the onboarding process for new staff, including managing inductions, supervisions, and performance reviews.
3. Leading the team in planning and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum while promoting reflective practices.
4. Ensuring that children's observations, assessments, and developmental records are accurately maintained.
5. Managing promotional activities, including open days and marketing initiatives.
6. Taking the lead on safeguarding and health & safety matters, ensuring compliance with established policies.
7. Fostering an inclusive environment that promotes diversity and equal opportunities.
8. Setting a positive example by working flexibly and upholding high standards of care and education.
9. Providing ongoing training, support, and opportunities for career advancement.

As this role involves working with children, candidates will be required to undergo eligibility checks and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
