Overview:
CMA Recruitment Group is representing a dynamic and growing organization seeking to appoint a Lead Financial Operations Manager to play a pivotal role within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Financial Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be responsible for overseeing the finance function while ensuring the team is motivated and progressing effectively.

Main Duties Include:
  • Managing a team of six professionals focused on transactional finance and payroll.
  • Producing financial accounts and management accounts.
  • Handling accounting for a multi-entity environment, including journal entries and intercompany transactions.
  • Conducting KPI analysis and participating in senior management meetings to deliver valuable insights.
  • Occasional travel to collaborate with regional management teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will ideally possess ACCA or CIMA qualifications or have equivalent practical experience. A comprehensive understanding of month-end, year-end, and audit processes is essential.

Additional Information:
This position offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The role provides the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements, allowing for one or two days per week of remote work. You will have the responsibility of leading a finance team within a rapidly expanding organization, presenting excellent long-term career prospects.
