HR Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This role will provide support to the HR team on a daily basis, undertaking systems administration, recruitment support, and user support for HR management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR team support on a daily basis
  • Undertake systems administration and maintenance
  • Support recruitment activities, including interview organisation and liaison with recruitment agencies
  • Provide user support for HR management systems
  • Update information systems as required
  • Process expenses and arrange travel
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to HR inquiries and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Maintain a professional qualification from an accredited chartered institute, such as the CIPD
  • Be a strategic thinker with a people-focused mindset and goal-oriented approach
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and be hard working
