Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MRF Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), ensuring efficient and safe processing of recyclable materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of MRF operators to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve MRF efficiency, reduce waste, and increase recycling rates.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the MRF equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Monitor and control MRF inventory, including raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Requirements

- Proven experience in MRF management or a related field.
