The Role:

  • As an Accommodation Services Supervisor, you will oversee your department to ensure excellence in guest care and team member experience
  • In the absence of the Accommodation Manager, you will assume all management responsibilities
  • You will represent the department, liaising with the Front Desk
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms to maintain high standards
  • Ensure furnishings and equipment are clean and well-maintained, paying close attention to detail
  • Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to room attendants
  • Monitor the computer system for updates on room status throughout the day
  • Support and coordinate with the team regarding duties, room assignments, and schedules
  • Be fully knowledgeable about all housekeeping departmental procedures
  • Report and document any rooms that do not require service
  • Log and report any maintenance issues found in the rooms and assigned areas
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping supervisors
  • Address, follow up, and communicate any guest comments or complaints.
