About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the nursing team in delivering high-quality care. You will assist in the development and implementation of care plans, coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ward, and support and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements
  • RMN or RNLD qualification
  • Current registration with the UK NMC
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience in adult acute, CAMHS, or PICU settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
