Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

A highly-regarded Commercial Property team based in Chester is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their ranks.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-quality, complex, and varied caseload, which will include:

  • Easements and wayleaves
  • Option agreements and leases
  • Sales of land with development potential, including overage provisions

The candidate will act on behalf of a wide range of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders, many of whom have a longstanding relationship with the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-quality caseload, including easements, option agreements, and sales of land
  • Act on behalf of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Property law
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
