Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team. As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of commercial property transactions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial property conveyancing matters from start to finish.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title searches, property investigations, and environmental reports.
  • Prepare and review commercial contracts, leases, and other related legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and commercial lenders.
  • Provide expert advice and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Handle financial transactions related to property sales and purchases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conveyancing is imperative for this position.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client care skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
