Job Summary:
The Music Market / Arts and Media Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Agent's Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique talent management agency representing a diverse portfolio of TV, Radio, and VoiceOver presenters, performers, and experts in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day diary management and administrative support for all Talent, working closely with the existing team to ensure seamless coordination.
- Enquiry and Booking Management: Assist in managing enquiries, pursuing potential leads, securing bookings, and liaising with production companies, corporate brands, and booking agencies to proactively find new work opportunities for our Talent.
- Job Management: Ensure all briefing calls have taken place, travel and itineraries are organized by production company or client, and all supporting documents are made available, guaranteeing the smooth running of our Talent's jobs.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company's Instagram account daily, sourcing, developing, and uploading content to engage with our audience and promote our Talent.
Requirements:
- Media Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Media or Entertainment Business, with a genuine passion for TV and Radio.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge and interest in the industry, spotting new media opportunities and online channels and platforms.
- Technical Skills: Experienced and skilled with Apple Macs, Excel, Google Drive, Emails, and video conferencing sites.
- Communication Skills: Strong creative working knowledge on all Social Media, with the ability to constantly update and develop Instagram content.
- Personal Qualities: Very well organized, discreet, able to work well under pressure, and use your own initiative.
- Professional Representation: Represent the clients and the agency in a professional manner and tone at all times.
