Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Payroll Clerk to join our team at nDreams Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day payroll requirements, managing payroll activities, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll-related queries
  • Prepare and review payroll changes files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process monthly payroll files, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies
  • Coordinate pension scheme management, including queries and changes
  • Manage year-end payroll activities, including P11D, PSA, and P60
  • Oversee salary sacrifice schemes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Provide payroll-related reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Support the Financial Controller on payroll-related matters, including year-end audits
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
  • Experience in processing payroll and working with outsourced payroll providers
  • Proficiency in IT and system skills, particularly Excel
Benefits:

nDreams Limited offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 pro-rata, flexible working hours, and a range of benefits, including flexible hours, duvets days, birthday off, dedicated personal development time, and regular socials and parties.

This is a part-time role, requiring 25 hours per week, spread across 5 days in the office. The role is offered on a 14-month fixed-term contract.
