The HLTA position involves collaborating with the class teacher, supporting students in need, and assisting with various educational responsibilities.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team.

In this full-time, long-term role, you will be instrumental in facilitating classroom activities and contributing to a rich educational experience.

Your responsibilities will include aiding in lesson planning, supporting both individual and group learning, and ensuring that every student has the necessary resources and support to succeed.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A solid understanding of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Assist students with specific learning needs and track their progress.
  • Participate in the planning and preparation of lessons and activities.
