Procurement Excellence Lead

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic category management, supplier management, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supplier management and sustainability practices.
  • Lead the development of procurement standards and ways of working to drive functional efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive the achievement of sustainability targets and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Design and implement training programs to develop procurement capabilities across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in procurement leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering category management and supplier management initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of spend category management, supplier management, and sustainability legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Desirable: SAP Ariba experience and MCIPS qualification.
