About the RoleTo report to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives. Your key objectives will be to provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability, while achieving both chassis and F&I KPIs. You will be experienced in all aspects of the F&I functions to maximize sales profitability.
You will oversee the enquiry management process and promote the professional image of the dealership at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
You will be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals/valuations, controlling and sales deals.About You
Experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager is ideal. Training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation. Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties is essential. You must have a valid driving license.
