Job Summary:

Absolute Executive Search is pleased to partner with a well-established and growing legal firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to progress their career in a legal firm that prioritizes its people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to a range of clients, including negotiation and drafting of documentation.
  • Effectively manage the various stages of legal proceedings to protect clients' interests.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Have a good understanding of Contentious Private Client work, Court of Protection, Tax, Wills, and Estate Planning.
  • Assume responsibility for important elements of work handled by a designated Partner.
  • Act independently to a reasonably high level, while also working with more experienced Partners and Fee Earners on complex matters.
  • Manage fee income and collect bills.

Key Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Private Client Law, with 2+ years of PQE experience.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and drafting skills.
