About the Role

As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering domiciliary care services, including personal care and support with social activities
  • Promoting independence and self-belief among residents
  • Ensuring accurate records and documentation

  • 20 contracted hours + 4 hours flex-up hours, with guaranteed job security

Requirements
