Job Title: Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team at Kier Group. As an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
  • Perform site visits to assess electrical systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure electrical systems are running efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure electrical systems are integrated with other systems and processes.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant regulations and codes of practice.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
