Job Title: Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Lead and supervise a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address electrical system issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain electrical system documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and maintenance records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong focus on safety and risk management.
  • Hold a valid JIB/ECS Gold card and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
