Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead youth work in a variety of settings, including open access youth centers and community-based programs.
  • Support the development of colleagues, including training and mentoring.
  • Design and deliver creative curriculum content and programs that meet the needs of young people.
  • Work with partners and stakeholders to achieve our strategic objectives.
  • Plan, evaluate, and evidence the impact of our youth work programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in youth work, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people.
