Senior Electrical Project Manager/Engineer

Position Type:

Intercon Recruitment is representing a distinguished company in the UK seeking a skilled and results-oriented Senior Electrical Project Manager/Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) projects, ranging from simple connections to intricate infrastructure improvements, while ensuring the integrity of essential electrical systems.

Compensation:
Up to £55,000 annually

Incentives:
Available upon successful completion of the probationary period

Company Vehicle:
Commercial vehicle provided by the company

Leave Entitlement:
25 days plus public holidays

Pension Scheme:
In accordance with statutory requirements

Working Schedule:
5 days a week
(Monday to Friday: 08:30-17:00)

Standby cover is required during peak operational periods.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Registered Chartered Engineer
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of electrical engineering principles
  • Familiarity with HV and LV systems
  • HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • NEBOSH IOSH certification
  • Experience working with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs)
  • Knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) regulations
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
