Project People is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Specialist - Telecoms Infrastructure to join their team. This is a temporary, 6-month contract opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the in-house design team in developing electrical designs for telecoms projects. This will involve working closely with the team to complete analysis of telecom structures, reviewing new design documentation, and ensuring that designs meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in producing electrical calculations, with a particular focus on BS7671 18th Edition Regs and BS EN 62305 for Lightning Protection. They will also have experience of working on telecoms design projects and be able to produce electrical designs for proposed telecoms sites.

As an Electrical Design Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that designs are completed to the highest standard and that the team is able to deliver projects on time and to budget.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical design. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
