Senior Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of UK Primary EL/PL Claims, as well as some International Binders Claims, with the goal of resolving them efficiently and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex UK Primary EL/PL Claims in a professional manner, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the claim in a timely and efficient manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the regulatory and legislative response and adherence to standards, embedding any required change or mitigation required within the designated claims portfolio.
- Claims Strategy: Support the implementation of the claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets, working closely with the senior management team to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular statistical and analytical Claims information to Portfolio and Risk Managers, as well as the senior management team, to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Knowledge and Development: Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of the Claims portfolio to enable and provide an excellent Claims handling service with minimal leakage, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Team Support: Assist with the preparation and implementation of the operational team plans, ensuring that they are in line with the wider business strategy, and support the Senior Claims team with the production of Management Information reports.
- Experience: Strong experience in handling UK and/or International Liability / Casualty (EL/PL) claims within an insurer / carrier / loss adjusting / TPA / environment or similar.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, and other industry professionals.
