As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, and in person. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, listening to their needs, and suggesting suitable vehicles.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high customer service levels
* Listen to customers' wants and needs, and suggest suitable vehicles
* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
* Negotiate the final price for the sale
* Complete relevant paperwork for each sale
* Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction
