Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for ophthalmic services, including registration, appointment scheduling, and test result management.
- Manage patient records, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with claims processing, invoicing, and financial management.
- Support the reception team with patient queries, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMIS clinical software.
- Experience in a primary care or healthcare setting is desirable.
