Main Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Support the development and execution of employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Development: Manage and deliver the Performance Development Review process to drive continuous improvement and employee growth.
- Training Coordination: Oversee all training requirements and manage the training budget to ensure effective learning and development opportunities.
- Sickness Management: Handle sickness absence cases to improve attendance and reduce absenteeism.
- Health & Safety Collaboration: Work closely with the health and safety team to support initiatives on well-being, occupational health referrals, and surveillance.
- Internal Communications & Rewards: Assist in managing internal communication initiatives and reward and recognition schemes to boost employee morale and motivation.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with the local community to enhance our company's reputation and social responsibility.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Active CIPD membership (Associate or above)
