About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dermatology Nurse to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of the department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within our outpatient services.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care are consistently maintained.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and administrative staff, to deliver seamless patient journeys.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative dermatology services, aligning with best practice guidelines and national standards.
- Actively participate in service improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and driving positive change within the department.
- Mentor and support junior nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
About You
You will be a registered nurse with a proven track record in dermatology. Possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team will be essential in this role.
