About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at With Intelligence. Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products to senior executives within the asset management industry.
  • Brand Awareness: Create and execute campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive delegate acquisition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Investor Relations and Content teams to coordinate a dynamic engagement plan for our target audience.
  • Audience Building: Work with other internal brands and platforms to build an audience of engaged contacts.
  • Sponsorship Outreach: Support outreach for sponsorship across the portfolio.
  • Industry Partnerships: Reach out and connect with relevant industry partners who will be vital to supporting the marketing effort.
  • Data Research: Create accurate and in-depth data research requests for various audiences relevant to each event.
  • Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of the event marketing strategy – providing feedback on successes and failures – ensuring we deliver audience targets.
  • KPI Achievement: Achieve relevant KPIs and targets as set out by the team and be able to pivot campaign to ensure these are hit.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Super organisation skills for planning and delivering – this is very important around events because they're so time sensitive.
  • Event Marketing Experience: Previous experience of working in a B2B event marketing.
  • Passion and Motivation: Passionate, self-motivated, and motivated, willing to participate in the team and be a stakeholder in developing this fast-growing brand.
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrable ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership and across multiple teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Advance Microsoft office skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience of working within the investment management space preferred, but not expected.
