About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned consulting professional to join our manufacturing consulting practice as a Consulting Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop one of our key accounts, driving growth and delivering digital transformation programs to our clients in the Aerospace and Defence industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop new business opportunities, collaborating with internal and global capabilities to deliver consulting solutions.
  • Set account strategy, drive sales and project execution, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver digital transformation programs, leveraging expertise in Discrete Manufacturing and Aerospace and Defence.
  • Build and drive account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Coach and develop junior members of the team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
  • Senior level consulting background in manufacturing, with a focus on Aerospace and Defence.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop new business opportunities, drive sales and project execution, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in digital transformation, with a focus on Discrete Manufacturing and Aerospace and Defence.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a ability to develop and motivate junior team members.
  • MOD SC Cleared or eligible for clearance.
