Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker (Nights / Weekends)

LOCATION: Broadbridge Heath/Horsham/Slinfold

SALARY: A competitive rate of up to £13 per hour plus £1 location allowance

HOURS: Part time and full time work available - Night shifts with some Weekend hours

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized support to adult residents based on their unique care plans.
  • Assist residents in developing essential life skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, physical activity, and social engagement.
  • Motivate and guide individuals in regaining their confidence and skills for independent living.
