About the Job

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at Advanced Water Company, you will be responsible for leading the external sales team and all external customer contacts for the company.

We are seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, while supporting and promoting the company's core values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing external sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
