We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Analyst to join our team at AXA UK. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating IT operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall IT risk programme, including identification, evaluation, and mitigation of operations risks, internal financial control deficiencies, and audit actions or escalations.
- Collaborate with senior managers across IT to identify existing and emerging IT operational risks.
- Develop and maintain risk reporting for key governance committees.
- Facilitate identification and reporting of transversal loss events and escalations through the loss reporting process.
- Ensure risk mitigation plans bring any risks into tolerance.
- Work with senior technology managers to provide a view of the risk profile for their function.
- Coordinate IT input into Information Risk Management assessments.
- Develop and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Support delivery of internal audit and external audit activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- IT risk experience.
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Operational risk management experience.
- Experience influencing senior management and stakeholders.
- The ability to process, collate, and present data.
- Knowledge of risk frameworks.
- Qualification in IT Risk Management is desirable.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
