Key Responsibilities:- Quality Planning and Deployment: Assist in the creation and implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning elements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Corrective Action and Quality Station Management: Participate in the Corrective Action Board and manage Quality Stations/Intervention Centres to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Customer Interface and Feedback: Liaise with customers to provide feedback and support on quality-related matters, including contract review, quality planning, and preventative/corrective action initiatives.
- Process Improvement and Quality Auditing: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with EN9100 and EN9145 standards.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities, including First Article Inspection paperwork and quality process documents.
- Education and Qualifications: Hold a HNC/ONC or related qualification in Engineering (aeronautical, mechanical, manufacturing, or production).
- Quality Management System Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of EN9100 Quality Management System and awareness of EN9145.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Teamwork and Time Management: Show ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage time efficiently, and contribute to team objectives.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and adhere to ITAR restrictions. Baseline security clearance is required.
