We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our client base, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and conducting account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop strategically important relationships with key accounts.
- Facilitate Client Call Backs to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities.
- Monitor own performance and adhere to SLA (Service Level Agreements) for each client.
- Some new business, customer service and account management experience. Recruitment experience would be ideal, however it is not essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly-used office packages.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Great telephone manner.
- Excellent salary and benefits package, (£22,000 - £35,000 basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic commission structure that could easily see you earning £65,000 OTE in your first year.
- 4-day working week with 5 days pay.
- Full training and ongoing support.
- Company pension.
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Additional top performer incentives, salary extras, company bonuses, rewards, as well as additional incentives including team holidays, events and a clearly defined career progression path.
