We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide outstanding support to our Chief Executive (CEO) and Deputy Chief Executive (DCEO).

Your role will involve managing and delivering a professional, responsive, and adaptable service tailored specifically to the needs of the CEO and DCEO, assisting them in achieving our strategic objectives. Collaboration with the broader PA Team and the Business Manager of Administrative Support Services will be essential in supporting the Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and DCEO, ensuring they have all necessary information prior to meetings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence and managing expense reports.
  • Proactively manage communications on behalf of the CEO and DCEO.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Oversee and manage correspondence with Members of Parliament and Elected Members.
  • Lead or support projects as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a comparable environment.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing senior executives effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to deliver a proactive and responsive service.
  • Resourceful and capable of working independently.
