Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the importation and exportation of goods via sea, air, or road.

Responsibilities:

* Arrange haulage with shipping lines, airlines, and road cargo carriers
* Coordinate the importation and exportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient movement
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, airlines, and overseas partners/agents
* Develop and maintain relationships to provide high-level customer service to clients
* Resolve requests and queries efficiently and effectively
* Create and update freight bookings, customs documentation, and other necessary documents
* Prepare and process invoices within specified deadlines
* Ensure payment of cleared funds for COD accounts and Duty/VAT invoices

Requirements:

* Experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Proficiency in internal systems and software
