Job Summary

Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to support the delivery of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide technical input and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Manage and maintain engineering deliverables, including design packages and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and project sponsors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical engineering position.
  • Significant experience in delivery of design packages through all phases of their lifecycle.
  • Experience of supervising and managing staff/agency resources.
Security Clearance

This contract position is subject to passing security clearance and medical, drug, and alcohol tests.
